The minimum deposit amount on okoak is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though okoak reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your okoak account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant bank. okoak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the okoak Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okoak does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. okoak does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
okoak may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be held pending verification where KYC has not been completed. This is a regulatory requirement and is not discretionary.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
